Article 3 - Applicability

1. These General Conditions shall apply to each offer made by Icon Collectibles and to each formed Distance Contract between Icon Collectibles and Consumer.
2. Before the Distance Contract is concluded, the text of these General Conditions shall be made available to the Consumer. If this proves not practicable then, before the Distance Contract is concluded, notice shall be given that the General Conditions are available for inspection at Icon Collectibles and will be forwarded soonest upon request of the Consumer at no payment.
3. If the Distance Contract is concluded via electronic means then, in departure from the preceding sub-clause and before the Distance Contract is concluded, the text of these General Conditions shall be made available to the Consumer via electronic means in such a fashion that they can readily be stored by the Consumer on a Durable Medium. If this proves not practicable then, before the Distance Contract is concluded, notice shall be given as to where the General Conditions can be inspected via electronic means and that they will be forwarded upon request of the Consumer via electronic means or otherwise at no payment.
4. Where specific conditions for products or services apply as well as these General Conditions, the second and third sub-clauses shall apply accordingly whereby the Consumer shall be entitled in case of conflicting General Conditions to always rely on the applicable provision most favourable to him.

Article 4 - The Offer

1. If an offer has a limited duration of validity or is made on specific conditions then such shall be explicitly stated in the offer.
2. The offer shall contain a full and accurate description of the products and/or services being offered. The description shall be sufficiently detailed to permit a proper assessment of the offer by the Consumer. Where Icon Collectibles utilizes images, these shall be a true representation of the products and/or services being offered. Evident mistakes or errors in the offer shall not bind Icon Collectibles.
