GENERAL CONDITIONS of ICON COLLECTIBLES

Article 1 - Definitions

General Conditions: these General Conditions;
Grace Period: the period within which the Consumer is free to invoke his/her Right of Withdrawal;
Consumer: the natural person not acting in the performance of a profession or business who enters into a Distance Contract with Icon Collectibles;
Day/Days: calendar day / calendar days;
Durable Medium: a resource enabling the Consumer or Icon Collectibles to store information addressed to him/her/it personally in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction of the stored information.
Right of Withdrawal: the option for the Consumer to decide within the Grace Period not to enter into the Distance Contract;
Icon Collectibles: the legal entity that provides products and/or services at a distance to Consumers;
Distance Contract: an contract whereby in the context of a system for selling products and/or services at a distance, such to include the formation of the contract, organized by Icon Collectibles only one or several forms of distance communication technology/technologies is/are used;
Distance Communication Technology: a resource that can be used for the formation of a contract whereby Consumer and Icon Collectibles do not concurrently meet in the same physical space;
