On June 9, 1964, Bob Dylan recorded the entirety of his fourth album, "Another Side of Bob Dylan," in a single session at Columbia Records Studio in New York City. Sandy Speiser snapped the photograph of Dylan on the sidewalks of New York, crouched in front of a novelty shop window festooned with some artifacts of the age: rubber masks of contemporary figures (a misshapen Jackie Kennedy, a grotesque Lyndon Johnson, a toothy, funny-faced Charles DeGaulle) and some pennants (NEW YORK CITY & a miniature Baltimore Orioles).
